User Consent
Users must explicitly opt in to receive communications. This consent can be given through:
- Online forms
- Text message responses (e.g., texting “YES” to a provided number)
- Written agreements
Opt-Out Option
All communications include an opt-out mechanism:
- For SMS, users can text “STOP” at any time to unsubscribe.
- For email, users can click the “unsubscribe” link included in the email.
Purpose of Messaging
Messages are sent for the following purposes:
- Appointment reminders
- Updates on services
- Marketing messages (with prior consent)
Data Security
All contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) is securely stored and only used for authorized communications.
Message Frequency
Users will not receive more than the agreed-upon number of messages. Typical frequency is specified during the opt-in process.
